Brussels sprouts Caeser Salad
Ingredients
3 cups Brussels Sprouts (trimmed, shredded)
2 slices Bread (cubed, toasted)
1 1/2 tbsps Caesar Dressing
Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
1 tbsp
Parmigiano Reggiano
Directions
Add all the ingredients to a large bowl. Toss to combine. Divide the salad between plates and enjoy!

Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to two days.
Serving Size
One serving is equal to approximately 1 1/2 cups.

Omit the parmesan cheese and use a vegan caesar dressing instead.
