Brussels sprouts Caeser Salad

 

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Brussels Sprouts (trimmed, shredded)

  • 2 slices Bread (cubed, toasted)

  • 1 1/2 tbsps Caesar Dressing

  • Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)

  • 1 tbsp

    Parmigiano Reggiano

 

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a large bowl. Toss to combine. Divide the salad between plates and enjoy!

 

Notes

Leftovers

Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to two days.

Serving Size

One serving is equal to approximately 1 1/2 cups.

Make it Vegan

Omit the parmesan cheese and use a vegan caesar dressing instead.
