14 Day Nutrition + Fitness Challenge

Has summer left you with a few extra ‘souvenirs’? Does your eating need a reset? Don’t miss this. This is your opportunity to focus on your health and habits more closely than you would week in and out. It is more strict than my typical food plans in order to jumpstart your goals. September is a natural time to set up structure and ensure your habits are in check.

 While I can’t spill all the goodies, this two week program will focus on two different styles of eating and metabolism. Each week is completely different nutrition. Week 1 is stacked with tons of fun, clean wholesome recipes while saying no to booze, sugar and a few more items. Week 2 we are intermittent fasting and will eat plenty of protein and tasty high fiber meals during our eating window, while doing daily home workouts created by District Fitness that will leave you sweating and feeling the burn - guaranteed. These weeks are an accelerated version of The Nutrition Studio Weight Loss Program. The group commodore is the most fun of all, while we are all in it together.

 After the 14 days, you will feel accomplished, energized and in control with a load of new habits for the fall.

Program will run September 18 - October 1, 2023. Spots are limited.

Please note: this is not a personalized program. It is a general (relatively restrictive) 14-day program suitable for healthy adults to follow for 14 days. Substitutions will be on your own accord. After this time, you will need to resume your regular diet or transition to my personalized The Nutrition Studio Weight Loss Plan.  This detox program is not suitable for individuals on insulin or oral diabetes medication, pregnancy or breastfeeding.
