In The Sustain Phase clients pay a monthly subscription in order to access the support needed to reach their health goals.
Many of my clients take 6-12 months to reach their full potential outcomes. Monthly access to this support and accountability coaching may be continued until desired outcome achieved.

Continued access to EatLove. A virtual nutrition expert, chef and organizer in your back pocket. As Andrea modifies your program, EatLove will be updated to auto-plan weekly meals to match these changes in minutes, grocery lists, track your food and receive further dietitian feedback.

The key ingredient to sustaining your success is the follow-up. In this phase, you will switch to bi-weekly email or one-on-one follow-up with your dietitian. Stay present, remain accountable and together we will reach your goals.

Continued access to the weekly group Q+A on Zoom. Receive expert advice to your key questions or simply learn from others in a virtual video chat with Andrea. All clients in the TNS Weight Loss Program and The Sustain Phase have access to these weekly group chats.
Can’t make it live, no problem. Pre-submit your questions, Andrea will answer them back via email.
